[maven-enforcer-plugin] Any plans on releasing 3.0.0-M4?

Good evening, we're investigating whether we can use maven-enforcer-plugin
at work and I'm looking through existing rules. Also I saw that the
previous release was made >1 year ago however git repository seems to
contain several fixes and improvements [1].

Are there any plans on releasing a new version?
