[VOTE] Release Apache Maven Surefire Plugin version 2.22.0

Hi,

We solved 15 issues:

Thanks for testing, Dan!

Got a similar feedback from a JUnit 5 early adopter: "It's all good. Runs
pretty smooth with different JUnit in different modules. I know I had some
issues with that before."

Same goes for the "junit5-samples": all 3 (simple) project work with 2.22.0

sha1 okay
built from source
tested with a few projects on Linux
verified the issue SUREFIRE-1498 reported by me has been fixed in this RC

and great to see Native support for JUnit 5 !!!!
