Hi,
also my +1

Tested with a project with dependency to Bouncycastle signed jar - really
faster.
IMHO would be good to release 3.2 not 3.1.1

I don't agree here, cause only Bug fixing, some tasks fixed and
dependency upgrades...No real functionality enhancements...that I see...
