Maven 3.5.4 is slow when deploy for both artifacts and sites.

Charlee Chitsuk
I'm using Maven 3.5.4 [1] and found that when I execute 'mvn deploy' and
'mvn site-deploy' the process is very slow.

I also have a chance to compare with my current Maven version 3.3.9 and
found that the different is a wagon. the Maven 3.5.4 use wagon version
3.1.0, but the Maven 3.3.9 use wagon version 2.10.

Then I add the extension for those wagon to my pom.xml [2] with version
2.10 and execute those command against the Maven 3.5.4, the process back to
be fast again.

Could you please help to advise? Am I doing something wrong?
