Error while creating BC in maven project

While creating a maven module project , Maven's repository is not being
 updated and the error message displayed is
 
could not resolve archetype
 org.apache.servicemix.tooling ervicemix-file-poller-service-unit:3.2.3
from any of the configured repositories.
